Roma Ciampino Airport has three passenger terminals (Departures, Arrivals and General Aviation) and one Cargo terminal.
The Airport has 4 information desks located throughout the 4 passengers terminals.

Information Desk 1
Can be found at Departures, next to the ticket office and near to the check-in desks. The Information Desk is open from 07.00 to 23.30.

Information Desk 2
Can be found at Arrivals, in the internal Arrivals Hall. It cannot therefore be accessed by visitors or for those waiting for passengers to arrive (information about arriving flights can be viewed on the video screens), but can only be accessed by arriving passengers. The desk is open to coincide with the arrival of flights.

Information Desk 3
Can be found at General Aviation Terminal. ADR Flights Operations Office. It is open from 07.00 to 23.30

Information Desk 4
At Cargo Terminal. Customers' Office. It is open from 07.00 to 23.30

Aeroporti di Roma's First Aid service, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,  is entrusted with the task of taking charge of any medical-health emergencies that occur in the airport and to provide medical assistance to any passengers, visitors and workers in the airport.
The structure is manned by well-trained staff and is equipped with efficient health means and equipment.
